Yarrgh!

Hello, thought I'd just say hello and introduce myself as I'm a fledgeling cacher and new here.

My name's Emma and I live in Aberystwyth - I've fancied the idea of geocaching for ages so i cunningly bought my partner (borderraider) a Garmin as a birthday present. We went out yesterday in Aber and did the Dau Bont and Rainbow Series Green caches and had an excellent time, walked about six and a half miles and really enjoyed ourselves. I think we're going to sneak in another one on our way to our respective workplaces this afternoon - I suspect we might be hooked already!

Hi Emma.... And welcome.

There are lots of caches in and around Aber that will keep you busy for a short while, but I'm sure you'll be heading further afield soon and they'll be taking you to places you didn't know existed!

Good to have a newbie in the area.

Enjoy.
Al.
